What is Global Volunteer?
The Global Volunteer program, offers young individuals the chance to engage in meaningful community service projects around the world. Participants can choose from a variety of initiatives spanning education, environmental sustainability, and social development, with placements ranging from a few weeks to several months.
Through this program, volunteers not only contribute their time and skills to address local challenges but also immerse themselves in new cultures, gain valuable insights, and develop essential leadership and intercultural communication skills.
Supported by AIESEC's network and resources, Global Volunteers play a crucial role in fostering global understanding and creating positive change in communities worldwide.

Based on the UNs SDGs
The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030. AIESEC's Global Volunteer projects align closely with the SDGs, addressing various aspects of sustainable development to create a positive impact in communities worldwide.
For example, a project focused on teaching English in underserved communities may contribute to Goal 4 (Quality Education), while a project centered on environmental conservation efforts might align with Goal 15 (Life on Land) or Goal 14 (Life Below Water).
